Care Instructions

Spot clean stains with a damp cloth. If your straw hat loses its shape, gently steam, reshape and let it cool. . To keep you straw at its best avoid contact with excess water, chlorine and abrasive surfaces. Summer hats should be worn but not stored in direct sunlight.

Shipping & Returns

Dispatch times vary based upon availability and/or making time. We use Royal Mail for all shipments. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been sent from our UK studio.

UK: £9.95 for next day recorded delivery.
International: Shipping is calculated at checkout. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.
