We very much value your satisfaction when you shop with HOOD and the support of the milliners who sell through hoodlondon.com. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on our products as all the hats and headpieces are made to order [1]. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. However, if an item is faulty [2] HOOD will fully refund the item[s] and shipping costs.

Our standard UK shipping is charged from £7.95

International delivery rates vary depending on country as well as the required box size and weight.  Please proceed to the checkout for an accurate shipping cost where it will appear automatically.

All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.
